You have prior success selling large ticket capital products or custom design solutions to entrepreneurs, construction contractors, real estate developers, facilities managers, or mid-market corporations.
You are always on the go and a master at networking and building connections that help uncover potential opportunities in the region. You are a pure hunter and ask impactful questions to connect with potential clients.
You thrive in competitive markets and desire to be part of an organization with high integrity. You gain new business and displace competitors by selling value. You ask enough questions to decision makers that allow you to uncover their compelling reasons to buy.
You have a history of building strong business relationships and leveraging those relationships to earn business. You are comfortable presenting in a conference room to a group or individuals.
You see your role as a sales entrepreneur. You don’t want or need to be micromanaged. You take responsibility to understand, run your business effectively and are accountable for your activities.
You have the desire to manage a small team of detail oriented and product focused account managers who will support the ongoing execution of business you close. You can coach and manage the team to defined accountability metrics. You can leverage a CRM and follow a proven sales process.
You understand you are a key player on a team; and you know how to work with a talented operations team who will deliver the solutions you have sold. You are open to new ideas that will make you more successful, and willing accept the resources available to you from the team.
