The 100-year-old building boasts exposed brick and original architecture features dating back to when the facility was a coffee bean business, then a paper company. 

Business Furniture + Co. relocated to the Avant-Garde building at 607 E. Third Street in 2019. The 7,000 square-foot facility features training and conference rooms, a work café, a private “focus booth and an agile zone for collaboration.
