Accelevation, a growing data center manufacturing company, partnered with us to design their new 25,599 sq ft corporate headquarters. The challenge was to create a space for 75 employees that reflected the company's collaborative culture while accommodating both office and production staff. Our solution focused on maximizing natural light, preserving sight-lines, and implementing versatile Steelcase products. The result was a transformative workspace featuring an open design and a central Work Cafe, which significantly boosted employee satisfaction and productivity.
Accelevation, a growing local company, needed a larger headquarters that reflected their collaborative and innovative culture. As their Workplace Specialist, we were tasked with creating a space that maximized natural light, preserved sight-lines, and welcomed both office and production staff.
We utilized a range of Steelcase and partner products, including Answer workstations and AMQ seating, to meet diverse needs. The centerpiece became a Work Cafe, embodying the company's commitment to openness.
The project's success was evident in the overwhelmingly positive employee reactions. Accelevation achieved their goal of a space that enhances communication, productivity, and overall employee satisfaction.

Working with Accelevation was a perfect example of how thoughtful workplace design can transform a company. By truly listening to their needs and vision, we were able to create a space that not only accommodates their growth but also enhances their collaborative culture. Seeing the positive impact on employee satisfaction and productivity reaffirms why I love what I do. It's not just about designing a space; it's about elevating the entire work experience.
