Element Three, a marketing consulting company, recognized the need for a high-quality workspace to address the evolving work culture and align with their focus on "GROWTH." Their mission is to assist culture-conscious leaders in achieving growth in both business and individuals, and this new space facilitates that objective.
Faced with a changing work culture where remote work was becoming increasingly popular, Element Three needed a productive workspace that would encourage movement and engagement. They desired an office environment that felt like a community center, where employees were motivated to be present. The design of the space aimed to create an atmosphere where employees not only wanted to come to the office but also wished to stay. It fostered cultural participation while supporting employee comfort, creating an astonishing client experience and benefiting all who entered.
Recognizing the preferences for remote work, the space was inspired by striking the perfect balance between professionalism and the comforts of home. CEO Tiffany Sauder describes it as an area to "live in, work in, and play in," offering employees a superior experience compared to what they could achieve at home. The space encourages celebration, flexibility, collaboration, efficiency, and various events.
